This review is after about a month down the line after my purchase. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Automotive exchange, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mr Ali was very accommodating and friendly, guiding me through the entire process with patience and professionalism.

Purchased my vehicle from this dealership around 3 weeks ago, great customer service from the outset. Went to view the car, left a deposit then picked the car up a week later. Everything went smoothly from the minute i first arrived there, to completion day.

I recently had an exceptional experience with the team at Automotive Exchange, despite not being a customer or purchasing a car from them. When my car unexpectedly broke down near their dealership, I approached Ahmad, the owner, for assistance. Even though it was late afternoon on a weekend and no garages were open, Ahmad did everything he could to help.

He personally took a look at the fault in my car and, realising it needed more extensive repairs, called a mobile mechanic on my behalf. Unfortunately, the issue could only be resolved in a garage, but Ahmad's dedication didn’t stop there. He and his team took great care of me and my passenger, providing us with snacks and drinks while searching for a solution.

Ahmad kindly suggested I leave my car at their premises over the weekend and arrange for breakdown recovery on Monday morning, which I did. Without their generous help, I would have been in a tough spot.

Despite not buying a car, this experience goes to show the type of people at Automotive Exchange: honest, caring, professional and compassionate. I am incredibly thankful and grateful to every single member of the Automotive Exchange team. Despite not being a customer, they were extremely helpful and accommodating, as others have mentioned in their reviews. Based on this experience alone, I can only imagine the excellent service they provide to their actual customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here if I were in the market for a new car and highly recommend them.
